Obituary of Salvo John Di

Di Salvo, John, 98, of North Arlington on Sunday January 9, 2011. Mr. Di Salvo was born in Duronia, Campobasso, Italy, lived in Jersey City for 50 years and has been a resident of North Arlington for the past 29 years. He was a World War II Army Veteran serving from 1942-1945. He worked as a Warehouseman for Merchants Refrigeration, Secaucus for over 30 years retiring in 1977. John is predeceased by his beloved wife, Antonietta (nee D�Amico) in 2008. He is survived by his three loving children, Joseph Di Salvo & his wife, the late Anna (1999) of Lyndhurst, Mary Ross & her husband, Michael J. of North Arlington, and Jenise Pantoliano & her husband, Louis of Park Ridge. He is also survived by his dear grandchildren, Michael Ross & his wife, Lisa, JoAnna Di Salvo, Alicia Pauliano & her husband, Jonathan, Nicole Pantoliano, Louis Pantoliano, and the late John Di Salvo (2004) & his wife, Joleen and great grandchildren, Jaela Ross, Johnny Di Salvo, Alexa Ross and Leah Ross and his sister, Domenica Manzo. Relatives and friends are invited to attend the Funeral from the Nazare Memorial Home, Inc., 403 Ridge Road, Lyndhurst on Tuesday January 11, 2011 at 10AM then to Our Lady Queen of Peace Church, North Arlington where at 11AM a Funeral Mass will be offered. Entombment Holy Cross Chapel Mausoleum, North Arlington. Visiting hours Monday 2-4 & 7-9:30PM.
