Vendola, Frank M., 74 of Lyndhurst, died on Saturday January 29, 2011. Mr. Vendola was a life long resident of Lyndhurst. He was a Custodian for the Lyndhurst Board of Education for over 20 years retiring in 2002. Frank was actively involved with amusements and magic shows, always participating in charity work and fundraisers. He was a member of the Holy Name Society and the Knights of Columbus #2396 of Lyndhurst. Frank is survived by his beloved wife, Jeanette (nee Mattarochio) Vendola, his loving daughter, Lorri Vendola-Harp and her husband , Keith, his brother and sisters, Joseph Vendola, Evelyn Rominski, Carmella Tolve, Cecilia Mareski and Valerie Vivona, and by many nieces and nephews. Relatives and friends are invited to attend the Funeral from the Nazare Memorial Home, Inc., 403 Ridge Road, Lyndhurst on Friday February 4, 2011 at 9AM then to Our Lady of Mount Carmel Church, Lyndhurst where at 10AM a Funeral will be offered. Interment Hillside Cemetery, Lyndhurst. Visiting hours Thursday 6-9PM. In lieu of flowers, the family will be accepting donations
