Obituary of Daniel F. Ficacci

Ficacci, Daniel F., 85, died on Monday February 25, 2008. Mr. Ficacci was born in Newark, NJ and has been a resident of Lyndhurst since 1946. He was a WWII Veteran of the US Coast Guard serving 1942-43. He was a Draftsman for Standard Tool & Die Company, Lyndhurst for over 10 years and then as Project Engineer for Mathesan Gas Products, East Rutherford for 15 years, retiring in 1989. He was a member of The American Legion Post # 139 of Lyndhurst. Daniel is survived by his beloved wife, Concetta (nee Di Flumeri) Ficacci, his three loving children, Judy Schiavone & her husband, Frank of Lyndhurst, Daniel Ficacci of Lyndhurst, and Donna Giunta & her husband, Richard of Holland Township. He was also survived by his four grandchildren, Judy Lynn & Frank Schiavone Jr. and Daniel & Richard Giunta Jr., four siblings, Joan, Anthony, Joseph, and Louis Ficacci, and by two dear great grandchildren. Relatives and friends are invited to attend the Funeral from the Nazare Memorial Home, Inc., 403 Ridge Road, Lyndhurst on Friday February 29, 2008 at 8:30 AM then to Our Lady of Mount Carmel Church, Lyndhurst where at 9:30 AM a Funeral Mass will be offered. Interment Hillside Cemetery, Lyndhurst. Visiting Thursday 2 � 4 & 7 � 9PM.
