Obituary of John J. Rosko

Rosko, John J. 77, of North Arlington, died Thursday March 20, 2008. He was born in Czechoslovakia, immigrated to the United States at age seven, where he lived in Jersey City, before moving to North Arlington, where he has lived since 1962. He was an Army Veteran serving as 2nd Lieutenant on Nikie Missile Base, Orangeburg, N.Y.(1955-1957). He was a Registered Pharmacist and worked for Waxman�s Pharmacy, then Underwood Pharmacy of Jersey City before retiring. John is survived by his loving wife, Anita (nee Stolz) Rosko of North Arlington, his two children, George, and his wife Kathie of North Arlington, and Karen Cusmano and her husband Rick of PA., grandson, Matthew Rosko, twin granddaughters, Sophia and Alexis Rosko, and granddaughter Geanna Cusmano. Also survived by his sisters and brothers, Mary Ungvarsky of Dunellen, Ann Jean Goncalves of AZ., Michael Rosko of CA.,and George Rosko of Toms River. Relatives and friends are invited to attend the Funeral from the Nazare Memorial Home, Inc., 403 Ridge Road, Lyndhurst on Tuesday March 25, 2008 at 9AM then to Our Lady of Queen of Peace Church, North Arlington where at 10AM a Funeral Mass will be offered. Cremation private. Visiting hours Monday 2-4 & 7-9PM.
