Fazzio, Agnes M. (nee Lamattina), 90, of Lyndhurst died on Saturday May 3, 2008. Mrs. Fazzio was born in and a life long resident of Lyndhurst. She was a homemaker. Agnes was predeceased by her beloved husband, Anthony Fazzio (1965) and her two siblings, the late Theresa & Dominic Lamattina. She was loving Mother of Michael Fazzio & his wife, Karen of Parsippany, Gerard Fazzio & his wife, Kathe` of Towaco, Michele Daffan & her husband Dario of Henderson, NV, and Barbara Candura & her husband, Tom of Las Vegas, NV. She was also special Nana to Laura, Gina, Lauren, Mark, Ali Marie, Kristen, Lawrence & Brian and great grandma to Julian. Agnes is also survived by her four siblings, Nettie DeSantis, Josephine, Louis and Joseph Lamattina. Relatives and friends are invited to attend the Funeral from the Nazare Memorial Home, Inc., 403 Ridge Road, Lyndhurst on Thursday May 8, 2008 at 9AM then to Sacred Heart R.C. Church, Lyndhurst where at 10AM a Funeral Mass will be offered. Interment Holy Cross Cemetery, North Arlington. Visiting hours Wednesday 2 � 4 & 7 � 9PM. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to: Valley Hospice, 15 Essex Road, Paramus, NJ 07652.
