Peck, Peter E., 89, of Lyndhurst died on Wednesday July 2, 2008. Mr. Peck was born in Harrison, raised in Belleville, and has been a resident of Lyndhurst since 1950. He was an Army WWII Veteran. He worked as an Inspector for Western Electric, Kearny for 43 years, retiring in 1980. He was a member of the Pioneers of America. Peter is survived by his beloved wife, Virginia R. (nee Carino) Peck, by his three loving children, Linda Ann Peck of Clifton, Peter J. Peck of West Caldwell, and Richard Peck of Lyndhurst, and by his dear three grandsons, Michael, Brian, and Andrew Peck. Relatives and friends are invited to attend the funeral from Nazare Memorial Home Inc., 403 Ridge Road, Lyndhurst on Saturday July 5, 2008 at 9 AM then to Sacred Heart Church, Lyndhurst where at 10 AM a Funeral Mass will be offered. Interment Hillside Cemetery, Lyndhurst. Visiting hours Thursday 2-4 & 7-9 PM.
