De Luca, Ernest V., Sr , 83, of Lyndhurst on August 13, 2008. He was born in Salerno, Italy living most of his life in Lyndhurst. He was an Army Veteran of WWII. Mr. De Luca was a Contractor for Valley Industrial Contractors, Lyndhurst for20 yrs. retiring in 1990. He was a lifetime member of the VFW Post # 139 of Lyndhurst. Predeceased by a son the late Ernest V. De Luca, Jr. (1973). Surviving are his two daughters Lynda Intindola and Her husband Joseph, and JoAnn De Luca. Brother of James and John De Luca Jr., Judith Nelson and Florence Yurkiewicz. Grandfather of Janeen Skripak and Justin, Jennifer Intindola, Jodi Intindola and fiance Christian Rodriquez, Walter Sobolewski and Lisa, Cheryl Vanderhoof and Ken. Great Grandfather of 4 Great Granddaughters. Relatives and friends are invited to attend the funeral from Nazare Memorial Home, Inc., 403 Ridge Road, Lyndhurst on Monday August 18, 2008 at 8 AM then to Sacred Heart Church, Lyndhurst where at 9 AM a Funeral Mass will be offered. Interment Hillside Cemetery, Lyndhurst. Visiting Sunday 2-4 & 7-9 PM.
