Obituary of Anthony Marotti

Marotti, Anthony Sr., 83 died on Sunday February 22, 2009. He was born in Newburgh, NY, lived in Lyndhurst for many years, and recently living in Avenel. A Navy Veteran of WWII, he worked as a Foreman for Bendix Co, Teteboro for 30 years then, for the Waveline Co., Fairfield, CT for 10 years before retiring in 1989. Mr. Marotti is predeceased by his beloved wife Anna (nee Isoldi) in 2000 and his son Anthony Jr., in 2002. Anthony is survived by his loving daughter Susan Rovinsky and her husband Robert of Port Reading, daughter-in-law Patricia Marotti of Riveredge, and by his four grandchildren, Anthony, Patreece, Melissa and Robert. Relatives and Friends are invited to attend the Funeral Service in the Nazare Memorial Home 403 Ridge Road, Lyndhurst on Thursday February 26, 2009 at 10AM. Interment Hillside Cemetery, Lyndhurst. Visiting hours Wednesday 2-4 & 7-9PM. In lieu of flowers donations may be made to the Anthony P. Marotti Scholarship Fund www.coachmarotti.com
