To know Frank was to know a kind, soft spoken, humble man who was willing to speak to anyone who was willing to engage in a conversation. He was well versed in many topics but never let you know. He made sure you knew your opinion was the one the mattered.
He was constantly battling a long term sickness; however, he wanted to know how you were doing.
I’ll just say, “They just don’t make them like that anymore!”
