Obituary of Frank Ippolito

Ippolito, Frank Jr., 77, died on Monday July 4, 2011 at his residence. Mr. Ippolito was born in Tampa, FL and has been a resident of Lyndhurst since 1946. He was a Navy Veteran during the Korean War 1952-1956. He was a Truck Driver for Interstate Motor Freight & Roadway retiring in 1998 and a member of the Teamsters Local #560, Jersey City. Frank was Co-Owner with his wife, Gloria, of Skips Luncheonette from 1990-1995. He also was a member of Amvets Post #20 and Columbus Club both of Lyndhurst. Frank is predeceased by his beloved wife, Gloria (nee Ferrie) Ippolito in 2000. He is survived by his loving children, Francine Pera, Linda Marino & her husband, Nicholas, Frank Ippolito & his wife, Stephanie and Rosalie Ippolito, by his dear grandchildren, Robert and Kimberly Pera, Lauren & Joe Turano, Cristy and Patrick Ross, Alyssa & Nicholas Marino, Frank, David, Ashley and Dustin Ippolito and Sara Appleton, by six great-grandchildren, by his sisters, Rose Marie Mustardo & her husband, Arthur of Lyndhurst and Ida McGuinnes & her husband James, by his step children, Charles and Cheryl Giangeruso, Debbie and Dennis Thomson, Robert Giangeruso, by his nine step-grandchildren, Charles & Kristin Giangeruso, and Michael Giangeruso, Jennifer & Tom Schmidt, Jeanette & James Pittro, Brianna, Shaun and Kelly Thomson, Gionna and Bobby Giangeruso, and by four step great-grandchildren. Relatives and friends are invited to attend the Funeral from the Nazare Memorial Home Inc, 403 Ridge Road, Lyndhurst on Friday July 8, 2011 at 9AM then to Sacred Heart Church, Lyndhurst where at 10AM a Funeral Mass will be offered. Interment St. Joseph�s Cemetery, Lyndhurst. Visiting hours Thursday 2-4 & 7-9PM.
