Litterio, Carmine R. Sr., 81, of Lyndhurst on August 25,2011. Mr.Litterio was born and raised in Newark coming to Lyndhurst in 1953. He was a Laborer for the Heavy & General Laborers Union, Local 472, Newark, NJ for 50 years retiring in 1993. He was an Army Veteran of the Korean Conflict and a member of the Amvets Post # 20 in Lyndhurst. He was predeceased by his wife the Late Constance E. Litterio (nee Bagnuolo)in 2006. Loving father of Virginia Bartlett and her husband Ronald, Peter Litterio and his wife Jane, Carmine Litterio, Jr. and Elaine Todd and her husband Donald. Dear Grandfather of 9 and great grandfather of 2. Brother of Elio Litterio and Erma Buglione. Relatives and friends are invited to attend the Funeral from the Nazare Memorial Home Inc. 403 Ridge Road, Lyndhurst on Tuesday August 30, 2011 at 9 am then to Sacred Heart Church, Lyndhurst where at 10 am a Funeral Mass will be offered. Interment Holy Cross Cemetery, North Arlington. Visiting hours Monday 2-4 & 7-9PM.
