Spina, Elizabeth �Betty� (nee Swenson) died on Friday July 20, 2012. Mrs. Spina was born in Lyndhurst and was a life long resident. She was a homemaker. Betty was a longtime member of St. John�s Episcopal Church of Passaic and also a member of its St. Anne�s Guild. She is predeceased by her beloved husband, Valente �Val� Spina in 1994. Betty is survived by her loving sons, Barry Spina & his wife, Nancy and Bruce Spina & his fianc�e, Monica and by her dear grandchildren, Denise Gorchess & her husband, Frank, Philip Spina and Rachel and Samantha Spina Relatives and friends are invited to attend the Funeral Service on Tuesday, July 24, 2012 at 11AM at the Nazare Memorial Home, Inc., 403 Ridge Road Lyndhurst. Interment St. Joseph�s Cemetery, Lyndhurst. Visiting hours Monday 2-4 & 7-9PM. In Lieu of flowers donations may be made to the Lyndhurst Emergency Squad or American Heart Association, 2550 US Highway 1, North Brunswick, NJ 08902-4301.
