Philip’s family: I'm so sorry for your loss. I went through a similar situation and I was very helped by the hope that I found in the Bible in John 5: 28, which says, "Do not amazed at this, for the hour is coming in which all those in the memorial tombs will hear his voice and come out". Anita, my deepest sadness and condolences are with you and the family.
I had the extreme pleasure of knowing and being in Phil’s company for only a short while. And I immediately knew what a wonderful man, husband, father and grandfather he was. I enjoyed every conversation with Phil and always learned something. What else can we ask for but to learn from those who lived before us?
This world lost a mentor and great man, but heaven gained an angel to guide and protect you, your daughters, grandchildren and Joseph, his great-grandson.
