Obituary of Barbara E. Tillmes

Tillmes, Barbara E., 89, died on Tuesday, November 6, 2018.  She was a lifelong resident of West Orange.  Ms. Tillmes worked as a secretary for Arthur Tillmes & Son of West Orange for 34 years, retiring in 1990.  She is predeceased by her parents, Arthur and Lydia (nee Sutterlin) Tillmes, by her sister, Lydia Landells, by her brother Arthur Tillmes, and by her niece, Carol Landells.  Barbara is survived by her loving nieces and nephew, Diane Baumann, Gail Kapp, Kathy Ann Landells, and Arthur Tillmes and by many great nieces and nephews.

Relatives and friends are invited to attend the visitation at Nazare Memorial Home, Inc., 403 Ridge Road, Lyndhurst, NJ 07071 on Friday morning, November 9, 2018 from 10 - 11 AM.  A funeral service will be held at the funeral home at 11 AM.  Private Cremation.  The family has requested that instead of sending flowers, donations may be made in Barbara's memory to The Kaleidoscope of Hope Foundation, PO Box 1124, Madison, NJ 07940 or online at kohnj.org.
