Obituary of Heidi Soraya Sgroi

Sgroi, Heidi Soraya (nee Bisono), 40, died suddenly on Saturday, November 16, 2019.  Mrs. Sgroi was born in Santiago, Dominican Republic, came to the states when she was 10 years old, moving into New York City.  She has been a resident of Lyndhurst for the past 12 years.  She worked in housekeeping of Mountainside Medical Center, Montclair for the past 5 years.  Heidi  will be remebered for her love of fashion, but most of all, for being a mom and she will be dearly missed by all.  Heidi is survived by her beloved husband of eleven years, Philip A. Sgroi,  IV, by her daughter, Antonella Sgroi, by her dear brother, Raymond Salce & his wife, Leti, by her father-in-law, Philip A. Sgroi, III, sister-in-law, Gina Di Giovanni and Terasa Tanelli, by her nieces and nephews, Carmen Salce, A.J. Di Giovanni, Luca Di Giovanni and Jaxon Tanelli.  Also survived by aunts, Francine Attanasaio and Susan Alcuri and by her beloved dog, Maddy. 

Relatives and friends are invited to attend the visitation held on Wednesday, November 20, 2019 at Nazare Memorial Home,Inc., 403 Ridge Road, Lyndhurst from 4 to 8 PM.  All will gather at the funeral home on Thursday, November 21, 2019 at 9AM then to Sacred Heart Church, Lyndhurst where at 10AM a funeral Mass will be offered. Interment, Hillside Cemetery.
