Obituary of Mattia DeLouise

De Louise, Tia, 70, died suddenly on Sunday, December 8, 2019.  She was born in Jersey City, raised in Weehawken and has lived in North Arlington for over 20 years.  Her career at Berkeley College, Woodland Park, began in 1976, in different capacities, recently, she was VP, Academic Administration, Online Faculty Support Team.  Outside of work, which she was passionate about, she was a verocious reader and avid crossword puzzler.  Tia is predeceased by her parents, Lawrence Caputi and Mildred (nee DeRiso).  She is survived by her loving sisters, Antonia Fulton & her husband, William, Clara Collins & her husband, James and Judi Caputi and her partner Rocco Casamassima by her dear nieces, Amanda Nigro & her husband, Joseph, Kara Collins and Katie Collins and her cherished grand-nephew, Joseph.

Relatives and friends are invited to attend the visitation held at the Nazare Memorial Home, Inc., 403 Ridge Road, Lyndhurst on Wednesday, December 11, 2019 from 2- 4 PM and 6 - 8 PM.  All will gather at the funeral home on Thursday, December 12, 2019 at 10 AM, then to Queen of Peace Church, North Arlington where at 11AM a Funeral Mass will be offered.  Cremation private.  The family asks that you please OMIT flowers and make a donation in Tia's memory to St. Jude Childrens Hospital, PO Box 1000, Dept 142,  Memphis, TN 38148-0142
