Obituary of Daniel R. Scavetta

Scavetta, Daniel R., 66, of North Arlington, died on Wednesday, December 11, 2019.  Mr. Scavetta was born and raised in Queens, NY and after marrying Isabella (nee Finetti), they moved into MiddleVillage, NY, where they raised their family.  In 1988, Daniel, proudly built his own home in North Arlington, where he has been a resident since.  He was a lithographer printer for Local #1 in New York.  He was an accepting person of all people and always made them feel welcomed and loved.  Daniel enjoyed living life on his own terms.  Daniel is survived by his beloved wife of 43 years, Isabella Scavetta (nee Finetti) and their loving children, April Grace Lodato and her husband, Craig, Daniel Scavetta and his wife, Jennifer, and Anthony Scavetta and his wife, Angela, and by his cherished grandchildren, Liliana, Joseph Quinn, Theiah Grace, Dominic, Charlotte, and Talia.

Relatives and friends are invited to attend the visitation at Nazare Memorial Home, Inc., 403 Ridge Road, Lyndhurst, NJ on Friday, December 13, 2019 from 10 AM to 12 PM.  A funeral mass will be offered at Queen of Peace Church, North Arlington at 12 PM.  Entombment, Holy Cross Chapel Mausoleum, North Arlington.  In lieu of flowers, Daniel's family requests donations be made in his memory to the American Liver Foundation, 39 Broadway, Suite 2700, New York, NY 10006 or online at www.liverfoundation.org
