Obituary of James D. Musto
Musto, James D., 71, of Rochelle Park, died on Monday, October 5, 2020. Mr. Musto was born in Brooklyn, NY and was a current resident of Rochelle Park. James served in the US Army during the Vietnam War, from 1969 to 1971. He worked for the United States Post Office and then later as a driver for Babe’s Taxi and was a Union Representative. Jim was predeceased by his parents, James A. and Frances (Donofrio) Musto and by his brother, Robert Musto. He is survived by his beloved son, Christopher R. Musto and his wife, Maria and by his cherished grandchildren, Alyssa and Nicholas Musto.
Jimmy enjoyed life, his friends and anything to do with his Grandkids. Baseball, Softball, Football or Basketball, School shows or Awards ceremonies, he’d be there. He would also attend mass frequently and you could usually find him snacking at the White Manna in Hackensack.
Relatives and friends are invited to attend the visitation held on Thursday, October 8, 2020 at Nazare Memorial Home, Inc., 403 Ridge Road, Lyndhurst from 4 - 8 PM. All will gather at the funeral home on Friday, October 9, 2020 at 10 AM then proceed to Our Lady of Mount Carmel Church, Lyndhurst where at 11 AM a Funeral Mass will be offered. Interment, Holy Cross Cemetery, North Arlington. Please express condolences to Jimmy's family by using our tribute wall.
