Obituary of John Valeo

Valeo, John, 75, of Lyndhurst, died on Wednesday, November 11, 2020.  Mr. Valeo was born and raised in Newark, lived in Rutherford for 23 years, and was a resident of Lyndhurst since 1999.  He worked for the Plumber's Union Local #1 in New York.  John is survived by his beloved wife of 55 years, Loretta M. Valeo (nee Greco) and their loving children, Thomas Valeo and his wife, Traci, Donna Murray and her husband, Dave, and Jaclyn Benevento and her husband, Chris, by his cherished grandchildren, Morgan, Faith, Hunter, Anthony, Ryan-Marie, Johnny, and Joseph, and by his dear sisters, Joan Mariani and her husband, Rick and Diana Cavalieri and her husband, Paul.

Relatives and friends are invited to attend the visitation at Nazare Memorial Home, Inc, 403 Ridge Road, Lyndhurst on Friday, November 20, 2020 at 9:30AM-10:45AM , then to St. Mary's Church, Rutherford, where at 11am a funeral mass will be offered.  Entombment, Holy Cross Chapel Mausoleum, North Arlington
