Obituary of Henry Siano

It is with great sadness that the daughter of Rick Siano, announces that he died on Tuesday December 15th.
He was born in Hoboken and moved to Lyndhurst in 1969, where he lived ever since. Rick served in the Army and after his service, was a longshoreman for The International Long Shoremans Association where he was known for his ability to operate the crane like no other. He worked as a crane operator until he retired.
Rick was the best father and grandfather you can ever ask for. He loved to hunt, fish, and cook. He was often with his buddies in Staten Island fishing, crabbing or just cooking on the dock. He enjoyed life to the fullest. He was known for his laughter and jokes and loved by so many.
Rick could light up any room with his smile and was always the life of the party. He enjoyed having company, cooking and entertaining. Rick was an amazing cook and would be seen in ShopRite every day deciding what to make daily.
Rick was predeceased by his wife, Marie Binder, whom he dedicated his life to taking care of since the day she got sick. He also was predeceased by his son, Jack Siano.
He is survived by his daughter, Michele Marie Siano Gedrimas and her two children, Anthony Gedrimas and Brielle Gedrimas.
Due to COVID-19, services were not held at this time. A celebration of life will be at a later date.
Arrangements are under the direction of Nazare Memorial Home, Inc., 403 Ridge Road, Lyndhurst, NJ.
