To my dear childhood friend,
I came across this news today and was deeply, deeply saddened.
I don’t know how or why we ever lost touch. Life is complicated, life is indeed short.
We shared so many life experiences together as teenagers and young adults that neither time nor death can take from us. I will forever treasure these moments, days and years. I hope that life treated you well during the time we parted ways. You will always have a special place in my heart.
