Obituary of Ruth D. Estes

Estes, Ruth (nee Decker), 98, died on Monday, March 8, 2021.  Born on  December 16, 1922 in Jersey City, NJ, and resident of Lyndhurst since 1948.   Ruth was married to the late, Grover Estes for 70 years.  Elder of United Presbyterian Church of Lyndhurst where she formerly served on the Board of Deacons.  Ruth was a life member of N.J. P.T.A, past president of Washington School PTA and a member of Lyndhurst Council of PTA as well as a member of the A.A.R.P. chapter #4866.   She is survived by her loving children,  Eric Estes & his wife, Linda, David Estes and Donald Estes & his wife, Donna, by her grandchildren, Brian, Daniel, Craig, Kevin, Katie, Andrew, Eric, Kathleen, and Allan and by her great-grandchildren, Madison, Lily, Elizabeth and Delilah
