Obituary of Steven W. Turowski

Turowski, Steven William, 47, passed away peacefully on Saturday, June 26, 2021.   He was born in Newark, New Jersey.  Steven resided most of his life in Lyndhurst, most recently settling in Jackson Township, New Jersey.  He had a degree in Physical Education, and after working in that field for years, pursued a new career in construction. Steven inherited a passion of fishing, hunting, and outdoor life from his loving father, which he bestowed onto his children.  Steven is survived by his beloved sons, Steven and Jason Turowski, his loving parents, Deborah (née Gilchrist) Cristobal and Steven and Margarita Turowski, by his sisters, Elaine Catanese and her husband, Nick, Christine Catanese and her husband, Michael and Leah Cristobal and her fiancé Peter Clark, by his nieces and nephews, Emma, Nicholas, Elisia, Collin, and Ava.  Steven is also survived by his loving companion, Diane Kobryznski and her children Ashley and Lukas.

Relatives and friends are invited to attend the visitation held at Nazare Memorial Home Inc., 403 Ridge Road, Lyndhurst on Thursday, July 1, 2021 from 4 to 8 PM.  Funeral service at 7:30PM.  Private cremation.  Please express condolences to Steven’s family by using our tribute wall.
