Obituary of Ryszard Warszawa

Warszawa, Ryszard, 84, of Lyndhurst, died on Tuesday, October 5, 2021.  Mr. Warszawa was born and raised in Poland before immigrating to the United States 25 years ago where he settled in Lyndhurst.  Ryszard helped his family's restaurant business, Polonia in New York City.  He enjoyed jazz music, having played while he lived in Poland, and enjoyed his sweets.  Above all, he was a loving husband, father, and grandfather and will be deeply missed by his family.  Ryszard is survived by his beloved wife of 63 years, Anna Warszawa (nee Byczynska), by their their loving children, Renata Jurczyk and her husband, Jozef and Artur Warszawa and his wife, Agnieszka, and by his cherished grandchildren, Paul Jurczyk, Maggie Jurczyk and her husband, Chris Szarkowicz, Ursula Warszawa, Krzysztof Warszawa, and Emily Jurczyk.

Relatives and friends are invited to attend the visitation at Nazare Memorial Home, Inc., 403 Ridge Road, Lyndhurst, NJ on Friday, October 8, 2021 from 9 - 10:45 AM then to St. Michael's Church, Lyndhurst where at 11 AM a funeral mass will be offered.  Interment, Holy Cross Cemetery, North Arlington.  You may express your condolences to Ryszard's family by using our tribute wall.
