I have lots of memories of my uncle Richie , when we went on a family vacation to disney and he helped me feel better when i was really scared to go on a ride i really didnt want to go on and sat with me and held my hand the whole time. He always gave me treats like etc.. biscuits and soda and always lots and lots of hugs and had loads of funs in the pool together.I love my Uncle Richie so much and will really really miss him so much he was like another father to me .

Maureen and I grew up next door to each other and share a bond of forever friendship. Ironically we also share husbands who became friends in Vietnam. Richie asked his buddy Stan to be in his wedding party andI I was Maureen's maid of honor, and as if by magic the forever friends were married to the guys who met in Vietnam. Holidays and barbecues showed off Richie's eclectic cooking style that always proved to be delicious, although cleaning up the kitchen was quite the task. He loved entertaining and made you feel so welcome it was hard to leave. Richie offered to do our taxes when Stan became very sick. It was a huge relief to have someone I so trusted to help with such a personal affair. A loving and caring husband and father, the godfather to my daughter, a dear friend who introduced me to my husband 44 years ago will be missed but our memories will keep him alive in our hearts.
