Obituary of Michael Conzo

Conzo, Michael R., 59, died suddenly on Sunday, May 8, 2022.  "Big Mike", as he was affectionately known, was born in Passaic, raised in Lyndhurst and has lived in Mahwah for the past 27 years.  He took much pride of  his self- made, owned and operated business, SGK Trucking of Mahwah for 15 years.   He also was an active parishioner of St. Paul's Roman Catholic Church in Ramsey, especially for the yearly carnival which would benefit the church and the school.  Described by his son, as a life long avid N.Y. Giants fan.  Michael is survived by his loving children, Steven R. Conzo, Gabrielle C. Conzo & future son in law, DJ Biondi and Kristina N. Conzo, by his beloved parents, Rocco J. & June (nee Cole) Conzo, by his dear sister, Michelle Braffa & her husband, John, by his niece and nephews, Amanda, Nicholas and Sean.  Also survived by his best friend, "partner in crime". Lucille (nee Franco) Conzo.  Mike has been taken from us too soon and he will be deeply missed.  

Relatives and friends are invited to attend the memorial visitation held at Nazare Memorial Home, Inc 403 Ridge Road, Lyndhurst on Friday, May 13, 2022 from 4 - 8PM.  All will gather at St. Paul's R.C. Church,  200 Wyckoff Avenue, Ramsey, NJ 07446 on Saturday, May 14, 2022, where at 11AM, a memorial mass will be offered.  In lieu of flowers, kindly donate in Mike's memory to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital at www.stjude.org/give   You may send condolences to his family by using our tribute wall.
