I have many fond memories of Pop pop John while growing up. From the woodworking projects he would gift to us for holidays, to listening and learning about his prized Thunderbird to watching him hand feed the deer up in Pennsylvania while tending the land he loved. Pop pop John was always thoughtful and never forgot my birthday. He always sent a card with a short message of well wishes and our calls held more of the same. He would inquire as to how life was and how everyone in the family was as well. He was thoughtful and loving to me and I’ll always remember his smile, voice and little sparks of knowledge he imparted.

Many a wood carving show was spent in the company of John. Many a Saturday was spent with him at his shop in Moonachie watching his art as he created cabinets. Every birthday we waited for his call. He never forgot. You will be missed friend.

Gary I am very sorry to hear about the passing of your father. As you know I spent many weekends with him at his farmhouse in PA and also spent time working with him at his cabinet shop. I have so many good memories of my time spent with him. My thoughts and prayers go out to you and your family.

Dear Gary and Donna.
I am so sorry to hear about Uncle John. I remember many weekends when we would go ice skating or sleigh riding at Aunt Ellies and Uncle Steve's. It was great growing up with you and seeing Uncle John all the time
May he rest in peace with his sister and brother.
