Edward's indomitable spirit underscored his unique blend of humor, kindness, thoughtfulness and gentleness. The NHS Class of 1967 profoundly feels the loss of Soup. Often the jovial heart of our reunions, his anticipation for our gatherings was infectious. His radiant presence at September's reunion and earnest eagerness for future get-togethers lives in our memory. Though he departs from us physically, Edward's laughter and wisdom will remain deeply rooted within us—blessing family and friends with cherished memories in perpetuity. God Bless.

My family is heartbroken over the loss of a truly first class individual; husband, father, grandfather and a true friend to so many. So many great memories over the years while our kids were growing up. Our sports trips, parent get togethers and a very special friendship that developed between us all. I know Ed and "The May"(which Cyn named him so many years ago) are looking down over all of us and reminiscing about so many good time. Love you all, Cyn, Nicolle, Michele and Eddie. xo Barbara, Michael and Cindy

So many wonderful memories throughout the last 40 years. My Copacabana dance partner, how you came and sat with me when Frank was so sick, just you and me in the dining room talking about everything. You tried to get my mind off things for a while, even got me to laugh a little i will never forget that. So many wonderful memories of you. You were just a class act and I will forever cherish our friendship. Rest in Peace dear friend. I will keep you in my prayers.

As I was a 1967 high school classmate of Eddie, I was shocked and saddened to hear of Eddie's death. He was the most congenial, friendly and kind person. We were fortunate to see him at our class reunions. I know I can speak for our class in saying he certainly will be missed. A good man gone too soon. Sincere condolences to his family and may Eddie rest in peace,

Ed was the personification os husband, father, public servant, and a true friend. Michele and I were saddened to hear that Ed had suddenly passed away. Anyone who knew Ed had the honor to know a truly selfless human being.
It was always about North Arlington and the student athletes, The "Voice of the Vikings " announced the games when I was head coach. Once he and Cindy moved down the shore, Ed would drive North on the Parkway to announce the "Friday Night Game!
Michele and I send our deepest sympathy to Cindy and there three exemplary children, Nicole, Michelle, and Eddie.
He will be truly missed. But what a legacy he has left.
John and Michele Galante
I coached each of his three children. Eddie, Nicole, and Michelle. Ed and Cindy raised them
