Obituary of Charles H. Stewart
Stewart, Charles H. "Chuck", 78, died on Tuesday, September 12, 2023. Chuck was born in Key West, Florida, grew up in Hamilton, NJ, and raised his family in Ewing, NJ. He has been a resident of Robbinsville, NJ for the past 23 years. He was in car sales for many years, where he met RoseAnn Cofone, and they married shortly after. Later, he was a beloved school bus driver who trained incoming drivers for the Rick Bus Company in Trenton, NJ. He fully retired in 2021. Chuck was an avid hunter and accomplished cook, who loved making wine and meals for his family and friends. Chuck had a presence about him, always making people smile or laugh with his wit and humor. A larger-than-life man, where his family, friends and his mastiffs, Rocco and Roxie, were at the heart of everything.
Chuck is predeceased by his parents Hyacinth and Charles H. Stewart II and his son Charles Henry Stewart IV. He is survived by his beloved wife of 23 years, RoseAnn (nee Cofone); his loving daughter Jamie Stewart Briel and her husband Gary; his son, David Stewart; cherished grandson Maddox Briel; his mother-in-law Angela Cafone and father-in-law the late Louis Cafone; brother-in-law Joseph Cofone and his wife Barbara; sister-in law Marie Kearns and her husband Brian; and two generations of nieces and nephews.
