Obituary of Jane P. Valenti

Valenti, Jane P., (nee Palermo), 82, of Elmwood Park, passed away on Wednesday, November 15, 2023. Ms. Valenti was born in Jersey City, lived many years in Lyndhurst and Ridgewood, and was a resident of Elmwood Park. She was a secretary for Sacred Heart Church, Lyndhurst for several years.  Jane was most noted to have a generious heart and devoted her life to her children.  She was predeceased by her parents, Joseph and Evelyn (nee Kovach) Palermo and her brother, Joseph Palermo, III.  Jane is survived by her beloved children, Joseph Valenti and Donna Valenti, by her cherished grandchildren, Angelica, Nicoletta and Antonio Petryshyn and his wife, Laura, by her dear great grandchildren, Antonella and Valentino, by her sisters, Joyce Natiello & her husband, Daniel and by many nieces and nephews and survived by her sister, Judith Moltz.

Relatives and friends are invited to attend the visitation at Nazare Memorial Home, Inc., 403 Ridge Road, Lyndhurst, NJ on Sunday, November 19, 2023 from 2 - 4 PM.  A funeral mass will be offered at Sacred Heart Church, Lyndhurst  on Monday, November 20th at 10 AM.  Interment, Holy Cross Cemetery, North Arlngton.
