Thank you Bill for four great years together serving as Commissioners' in Lyndhurst. You were part of a team that left indelible memories of accomplishment, genuine friendship and great humor. While we took our work seriously, you made sure that we did not take ourselves seriously. You are now with our colleagues-save a place at the table for me-we have a lot to talk and laugh about.
