Obituary of John J. Cray

Cray, John J., 69, of Lyndhurst, died on Saturday, February 23, 2013. Mr. Cray was born and raised in Jersey City and has been a resident of Lyndhurst since 1970. He served in The Army National Guard from 1965 to 1971. He was a Director of Engineering for Bell Atlantic Corp., Jersey City for over 30 years. He was a member of The American Legion #139 of Lyndhurst. John is survived by his beloved wife, Maureen C. (nee Means) Cray, by his loving children, Maureen & Daniel Beck, Christine & Tom Madden, Darren & Addy Cray and Sean Cray, by his dear grandchildren, Lauren, Emeline, Katherine, Tommy, Stephanie, Christopher, Patrick, Ajay and Alexia, by his brother, George Cray and his sister, the late Rose Johnson. Relatives and friends are invited to attend the Funeral from Nazare Memorial Home, Inc., 403 Ridge Road, Lyndhurst on Monday, February 25, 2013 at 9 AM then to Our Lady of Mount Carmel Church, Lyndhurst where at 10 AM a Funeral Mass will be offered.
