Obituary of Fedele Marinaccio
Marinaccio, Fedele, 75, died suddenly on Sunday, August 18, 2024, after a brief illness. Fedele was born in Savignano, Italy and was raised in Rome, immigrating to America at the age of 16 and settling in Clifton, NJ with his father. When he attended Clifton High School, he brought his love and talent for the game of soccer with him. He, along with his brother, Massimo, led the Clifton High School soccer team to win the state championship in 1967. He continued to play soccer throughout his life on various club teams and instilled his love of the game in his children and grandchildren.

Fedele loved his family and friends more than anything. He appreciated the American dream and all the opportunities granted to him by being an American, yet his heart always remained in Italy. He was recently able to visit Rome one last time with his Alida, by his side.
