I always enjoyed conversations with Charles, he was a very bright individual with humor. Many times we talk about family, sports or what ever the topic of the day was. Your relationship with Aunt Anne was special, God bless you Charles you will be missed.

Dear Wormke Family,
Please accept our deepest sympathy on the passing of your father. We are so sorry for your loss.
We had the great pleasure of being next door neighbors with your family for more than 30 years and always found your Mom and Dad--and you "kids"--to always be kind, considerate, and thoughtful neighbors.
Your Mom was a lovely, genuinely kind woman who died far too young. And your Dad was an intelligent and genial person, (and fellow Mets sufferer), who was clearly a man of deeply held faith
We shall sorely miss our "over the back fence" chats with your Dad on the current political and sports scenes, as well as the local animal kingdom, always mixed in with his funny observations and insightful humor.
We are truly grateful for the decades we enjoyed as Charlie and Alice's neighbors. Please know that they will be long remembered and sorely missed.
With sincere sympathy,
Pat and Dawn

Charlie was a good man. Always asked about our family whenever we visited Aunt Ann. A wealth of information on all topics. I enjoyed exchanging ideas with him. I'm so thankful having known him. God Bless you my friend.
