Obituary of Irene L. Jones

Jones, Irene L. (nee Mitchell), 86, of Lyndhurst, died on Sunday, May 12, 2013. Mrs. Jones was born in Clifton and a life long resident of Lyndhurst. She was a Sales Clerk for Mazur's Bakery of Lyndhurst for over 40 years. She was a member of AARP and was a volunteer for Passaic General Medical Center and St. Mary's Hospital, both of Passaic for many years. She also assisted in voter registration with the Board of Elections in Lyndhurst. Irene was predeceased by her beloved husband, Robert T. Jones in 1992. She is survived by her loving children, Pamela Kappy & her husband, Ken, Robert T. Jones & his wife, Marilyn, Laura J. Jones and Christopher Jones & his wife, Kim, by her brother, David Mitchell & his wife, Dolores and by her dear seven grandchildren and seven great grandchildren. Relatives and friends are invited to attend the Funeral from the Nazare Memorial Home, Inc., 403 Ridge Road, Lyndhurst on Thursday, May 16, 2013 at 9AM then to Sacred Heart Church, Lyndhurst where at 10AM a Funeral Mass will be offered.
