Dear Richie, Annette and family,
Your Mom was simply a treasure to me. Ever loyal, dedicated, hard-working, feisty, spirited and fun, we worked beautifully together in Suite 23 of Henneberry Hall at Saint Peter's College, for many, many years. Whenever time permitted, we shared precious moments, enjoying profound discussions about faith, life, family ... well, you name it!
After 9/11, Peter Gotlieb and I decided to go on with the 25th anniversary celebration of Co-op, feeling it was the right thing to do. By then, Maddie had retired; we were thrilled that she attended the event, as it gave us an opportunity to celebrate her as well.
Maddie will always be in my heart. I am thankful to God that our paths crossed in such meaningful ways.
